I know this will sound silly- but I keep wondering how you "scanned" the flowers without pressing them flat...
The tree pollen around here is making me crazy- I think some of it has gotten into my brain- lol ;)

this time through I read more.
Pink caugnt me doing what I used to have to do. Having but a couple hours to read a blog and make comment (like, don't like, go to heaven, kiss m'butt,...whatever. It's almost rude to just come and look and leave, y'know. Unless the thing doesn't change....like that body over at Crash's.... and that after he CAME BACK for a day or two....)
BUT
This time I paid attention to a detail. The painting of Eva, and I remeber the painting of Trout and the hens you just did (?) and I just wanted to mention, you're braver than I have been of late.

I have four models, all of which eventually tie down and sleep, and yet, I've only painted one.

Hmmmm.

Then, there were those dog paintings at Aunty's.
Three of them, I think, looking up at the cross.
Was that your work?

iamnot: those airy fluffy old timey white azaleas are a favorite of mine -since childhood.

thursdaynext: yes! and i took that image put it into repeat and voila we have gift wrap.

ruela: spring time in atlanta is bursting with life and color and fragrance!

moi: nice application idea. many thanks

/t: but in the nordic north america you at last will get those amazing wildflowers. right?

PhoKid: got fish?

troll: excellent. i voted for you

gypsy: they are. and its a short season so i am outside more lately.

mayden: i dont close the scanner i leave the top up - which makes that dark background.

anonymous boxer: hallelujah

aunty: c'mon. im goin to the cabin sunday-thursday. i will send you a mpa. i will show you may cathedral of trees.

edith: seeing the chicks out in the gardenis one of my dearest pleasures!

PhoKid: i did on one scan add the dirt on purpose. but that composition wasnt as good as these posted.

xdell: i cant claim any credit. i put them in years a go and they are on their own.

boney: no i didnt paint those. but i did paint a dog heaven once. i need to find that painting and post it..especially since xdell made the comment about the new meaning of doghouse.

thanks everyone for stopping by im slacking on the blog i know!
